Prana is Life in general. Shala is our Home. At Prana Yogshala we welcome you into our home to enable you and take you on this journey of self-transformation and self-awareness.
At Prana we keep it simple. A weekly Abhyasa or Practice of various Asanas in Hatha Yoga coupled with Pranayama, we believe is a holistic combination unifying your Breath and Bodymind for your well being and greater happiness (Ananda)
Also, a one time course on Pranayama to channel the power of your Breath. With persevering practice, you will open a whole new world of deeper reflections and awakening. This in turn will let you open to and learn from the intensity of the experience each breath of the way.
Raji had her first yoga experience as a child alongside her father in India. Yoga, has since then, been a big part of her life and personality. A certified Yoga Instructor, from India, her passion is to spread the awareness of the Yoga way of Life.
